It’s football season so I know you all know what that means!  It’s time to grab your hooks and your yarn, park yourself on the couch, cheer on your favorite team and get to finishing your Friends Around the World CAL.

Since last week was the final week of new squares, this week we have a bye! For those of you who don’t follow sports, it simply means we’re getting a break!  Week 27 is a “get caught up” week. We’ve all been busy with this and other CAL’s so we felt this would help  us (ok, me!) get back on track.  If you feel you need another week before we get to the task of joining all those square, just comment “BYE” below. If not, then next week will be the join and the following week the border.

The photo above is from one of our amazing testers. It will surely inspire you to finish up those squares. Isn’t it gorgeous??!!!  Our testers worked with various joins and we will have a few options available for you next week.
