Or have you found you are more kindred spirit to Nien Nubn and smuggling yarn purchases into the house in the dark of night, hidden in grocery bags in case someone is watching as you unload from the Mellcrawler, to then stash it under a bed or into the corner of a little used closet?

Jawas are completely hidden behind rough, hand-woven robes. Their faces are concealed within the dark folds of a cowl, from which peer their sickly glowing yellow eyes. They comb the deserts in search of discarded scrap and wayward mechanicals, to sell their hastily refurbished junk to moisture farmers who are hard-pressed to find a better selection elsewhere.

A band of Jawas were responsible for locating C-3PO and R2-D2 and selling them to Luke Skywalker’s uncle, Owen Lars.

During one of his smuggling flights, he befriended LandoCalrissian—an individual Nunb would have great deals with in later years.

Nunb is an able pilot and smuggler, one who has the skills necessary to avoid Imperial detection. His piloting abilities led to Calrissian personally selecting him to co-pilot the Millennium Falcon during the Battle of Endor. He is extremely dedicated to whatever mission or cause he serves. He always goes out of his way to provide for those less fortunate than him, and help his people during the Imperial occupation of his planet as a resistance fighter.
