Part 10 has now been released and so the border part begins. All nine squares should be joined now and first part of border consists of five different squares for the top and bottom. You can use all of the patterns or choose which ones you want.

When all nine squares are joined your blanket will look something like this:

You decide where you want your squares to go. Any order works.
